The Ribs will be judged by 3 professional Chefs in a Blind Tasting. There will also be a Peoples Choice Prize

The rules

Each Contestant must cook 3 kgs of Pork Ribs. Any style you like (Wet or Dry).

Beef Ribs will be judged in a separate category
