We''ll 2010 is here in Cambodia.

It's been a full day. Ross, Mike and I have put in 15 hours. We pulled it off. Feeding the blog as the evening progressed. If you just tuned in it is in sequence from the bottom up. We still have Lost Highway here tomorrow, and Plan B on Saturday. On behalf of the Sharky Staff (and California 2 as that's where I'm headed next as it's payday) we wish you a Happy and prosperous new year. Dad I know you tune in to the blog. New Years 2009/2010

Penhstock, New Years Eve Party is shaping up to be a good one. The bands are all organized and we have stocked up on party favors. Come bring in 2010 with all of us at Sharky, Indochina's Longest Running Rock and Roll Bar.

The fun continues on the first of January as Lost Highway will play again as well as JP and the Nurses.

On the second, we are pleased to announce Plan B from Australia making their first Cambodia appearance.

Sharky Christmas

On Behalf Of Mike, Al, Dave, Ross, Paul, Andy and Myself and the Staff, We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.


A busy December put our Christmas agenda in disarray. We had the scheduled Dinner on the 24th and Al and Brian really put together a Great Feast. Not as many tourist in town to take advantage of the two birds, lamb and ham. No problem, I like turkey sandwiches. Still have Xmas plates on the specials menu, so if you missed out, Get To the Bar Soon!


On Christmas we were dead tired and the staff agreed that we could post pone the gift exchange and the staff dinner til Sunday.





Below the Christmas Feast. Bottom right the staff was treated to a Khmer lunch at 54 Restaurant on Street 178. If you are looking for a good Khmer style feed at a reasonable price check them out. Better to go with a group of four or more.
